In this role, you will complete preventative & reactive maintenance across multiple partnerships. You will maintain high standards, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships.

The successful candidate will be an experienced heating ventilation and air conditioning specialist, comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Responding to reactive HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
  • Working without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues, and preventing critical breakdowns.
  • Being an effective communicator and developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Participating in on-call rosters.

Requirements include:

  • Qualified refrigeration & air conditioning technician.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous commercial or retail experience, preferably with multi-site management.
  • Working with children checks.
