Job Title: Senior Legal Expert - Banking and Finance

Role Description:

  • \
  • Provide professional support to the banking and financial services practice by working closely with the knowledge team.\
  • Assist in designing and delivering training sessions for internal teams and external partners on various topics including compliance, risk management, and financial services reforms.\
  • Facilitate development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements.\
  • Conduct file audits in conjunction with the risk team to ensure accuracy and compliance.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • A minimum of four years of post-admission experience.\
  • Current or recent banking or financial services drafting experience, with a focus on loan and security agreements, financial product regulation, licensing, and compliance, or funds management advice.\
  • Excellent document drafting skills, high attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.\
  • Proven ability to project manage and prioritize tasks autonomously.\
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and contribute to the development of workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms.\
