About the RoleWe are seeking experienced professionals to lead strategic initiatives and deliver impactful employment solutions in regional Queensland.
- Regional Manager: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive excellence across the portfolio.
- Team Leaders: Oversee site-specific operations and support high-performing teams to achieve sustainable outcomes.
- Facilitators: Provide tailored support to participants, helping them achieve long-term employment success.
- Community Engagement Specialists: Foster strong local partnerships to enhance community involvement and drive inclusive employment practices.
- Diversity Recruitment Experts: Champion inclusive hiring practices and connect employers with diverse talent pools.
- Workforce Retention Specialists: Support long-term employment success through proactive retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
- A passion for inclusive employment and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development (role-dependent).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - working with people from all walks of life.
- Proven ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders.
- Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
- Salary packaging up to $18,500 per year
