To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive employment and a commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds. Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development is also essential.
You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of our portfolio. This includes overseeing site-specific operations, supporting high-performing teams, delivering tailored support to participants, building strong local networks and partnerships, championing inclusive hiring practices, and supporting long-term employment success through proactive retention strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders. Adaptability and initiative are also crucial in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Additional benefits include a fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO) and salary packaging up to $18,500 per year. Opportunities for advancement within the organization are also available.
