Strategic Leadership Position

The Motor Trade Association of South Australia and Northern Territory is seeking a seasoned leader to join its Senior Leadership Team.

This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic planning, corporate development, and operational excellence within the Retail, Service, and Repair sector. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the CEO and Board to achieve organisational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement financially viable training services that meet customer needs;
  • - Manage budgeting, revenue streams, efficiency measures, and financial performance reporting;
  • - Ensure compliance and quality assurance across legislative, regulatory, and funding requirements;
  • - Lead, motivate, and mentor managers and teams to foster a positive culture and achieve objectives;
  • - Foster stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional experiences for students, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong commercial acumen, strategic planning capability, stakeholder management, and proven leadership skills. While experience in training and apprenticeship fields is not essential, general management qualities are paramount.
