CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking a skilled Marketing Officer to facilitate access to employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. As an established values-based organisation, we are committed to high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to generate and optimize employment opportunities for job seekers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses and community partners, to discuss staffing solutions and promote employment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality service delivery that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local labour market.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local labour market, including job market trends and employment opportunities.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, and experience and/or ability in recruitment, job matching and placement, preferably within the disability sector.
  • 'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fun environment.
  • Experience and knowledge with Mental Health would be advantageous.
  • Drive and energy to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to consult, negotiate and problem solve.
  • Ability to build key partnerships with businesses in the local community.
  • A valid C class driving license.
  • Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
