About Your Opportunity

As a highly skilled and dedicated professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation needs of our Digital Healthcare Program. This exciting opportunity is designed to empower individuals to deliver top-notch training sessions, gather valuable feedback, and continually update training materials to meet the evolving needs of end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for various stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate records of training materials and resources used;
  • Foster a collaborative environment by gathering feedback from participants and incorporating it into future training initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this challenging role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience in computer-based training;
  • Proven expertise in delivering iEMR training modules;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including:

  • A salary range of $34,000 to $38,500 per annum (AO4);
  • Four to six weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading;
  • A generous superannuation contribution of 12.75%;
  • The option to participate in salary packaging arrangements.
