Resident Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Resident Care Manager in our residential aged care homes on the Mornington Peninsula & Bass Coast, VIC, Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the care of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with others will be essential in delivering high-quality care and promoting a positive living environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Person-Centred Resident Care: You will work closely with residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, developing and implementing care plans that promote their independence and well-being.
  • Maintaining Documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident assessments, incident investigations, and related care documents, adhering to policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborating with Teams: You will work collaboratively with our ACFI/funding team and management to achieve expected outcomes and organisational targets, encouraging genuine connections between residents, families, and staff.
  • Leading by Example: You will embody our organisational values of Respect, Responsibility, Community, and Spirit, inspiring and motivating others to do the same.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
