About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting with the effective management of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation, and contributing to a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with day-to-day running of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Previous hospitality experience, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Incredible people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Cooking of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and functions, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Hygiene compliance, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • A dynamic, positive personality, with a strong team focus and commitment to making work fun.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members.
  • A commitment to exceptional food quality and presentation, with a focus on delivering a positive member experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and a willingness to follow instructions and our systems and processes.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and personal grooming standards, with a focus on maintaining a professional image.
