**Early Childhood Educator Positions Available**

We are seeking Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team working within a beautiful Montessori environment. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will have the opportunity to work with children and support their learning and development.

As a Trainee, Apprentice or Diploma Qualified Educator, you will be supported to complete Montessori qualifications through our affiliated training college, Building Futures Education. Funding is available for eligible trainees and apprentices, resulting in no out-of-pocket expenses for course fees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support children's learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with other Educators and staff members
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge

**Salary:** The salary for this position is as per the Miscellaneous Award, National Training wage.

**Job Description:** We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and supporting their learning and development. You will be required to have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Achievements in Early Childhood, sport or hobbies
  • Willingness to enrol in and complete ECEC and Montessori Early Childhood Education qualifications (if not already held)
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
