About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Calvary Care, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and accreditation standards
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality care outcomes
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of care

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration and current First Aid Certificate
  • Recent nursing experience in the last 5 years or evidence of a refresher course
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Initiative and a desire to continually improve client care
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes
  • NDIS Workers Clearance within the last 5 years
