Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities and Maintenance professional to lead our site operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery, quality and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving innovation and excellence in facilities management.

  • Manage all aspects of facilities maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractor works, ensuring timely completion, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, optimizing asset utilization and minimizing downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management or facilities management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on maintenance, repairs, and operations.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, achieving exceptional results, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
