Senior Property Portfolio Manager

The organisation is a purpose-led not-for-profit that delivers housing, aged care, disability, mental health, and community services across various locations. It manages a large portfolio of over 1,000 properties and tenancies, playing a critical role in delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality housing outcomes.

This senior role will lead the asset management and maintenance functions, overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing strategic asset management plans and lifecycle planning
  • Managing multi-million-dollar maintenance budgets and procurement strategies
  • Ensuring statutory building compliance, safety measures, and tenancy/property law requirements
  • Leading contractor management, negotiation, and service improvement initiatives
  • Driving financial and procurement expertise to enhance accountability and efficiency
  • Empowering teams through leadership and embedding a culture of continuous improvement
