Structural Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our structural engineering unit, you will be involved in leading a diverse range of projects, from commercial buildings to infrastructure developments.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior engineers to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and industry regulations.

You will have the chance to work on a variety of challenging assignments, leveraging your expertise in steel design and structural engineering to support and manage projects.

As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organisation, applying your leadership skills to contribute to the local team's success and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in Civil (Structural) Engineering, ideally within the Heavy Industrial market and Chartered or close to Chartership.
  • Strong steel design expertise and a willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • Experience in a consulting environment has helped you hone your technical design skills, develop excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and gain a solid understanding of client needs.
