In this position, you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Install and service a wide range of security products and systems.
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients.
  • Maintain both alarm and CCTV systems.
  • Liaise with key customers on technical and service matters.
  • Cooperate closely with the team to attend service call outs as they arise.

To be successful, you will have previous experience as a Service Technician in the Security industry, a current NSW Security Licence, an Open Registration Cabling Licence, and a valid Driver's Licence. Knowledge and competency with various CCTV analogue and IP systems, experience with IP Video and Intercom Systems are highly desirable.
