About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our Human Resource Team as a Recruitment Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first response support on HR and Recruitment solutions.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, reference checking, immigration checks and maintenance of employment documentation.
  • Maintain the integrity of our recruitment system and HRIS system.
  • Process new employee onboarding and current employee change of conditions.
  • Contribute to the design, development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives, reports, projects and procedures to implement at a national level.
  • Help facilitate the recruitment for hotels.
  • Contribute to the development of HR forms, templates and other documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards relating to HR & Safety.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar position.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of high-volume Recruitment preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly and effectively.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Completed or studying towards a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Occupational Health and Safety and working rights in Australia.
