Warehouse Assistant - Store Operations

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and safety-focused Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders with a high level of attention to detail
  • Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Meeting deadlines and achieving productivity targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting the team where needed
  • Contributing to a culture of safety by prioritizing personal and workplace safety

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg
  • Commitment to safety and building strong working relationships
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • A current driver's licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
