Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive results and align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
  • Managing and optimizing paid digital ads to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Creating and managing owned social media channels, including content strategy and creation.
  • Managing digital campaigns, including EDMs, and tracking campaign analytics and reporting.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement overall digital marketing strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
  • Strong digital marketing experience, analytical skills, and computer literacy.
  • Methodical approach to planning and excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who can cooperate and work well with others to meet targets.
  • Degree in property, business, marketing, or related discipline highly desirable.
  • Proven years' experience in digital marketing on client or agency side.
  • Experience with automation tools such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, Pardot, or similar highly favorable.
