Project Leader

Clear direction is key to driving successful projects forward. As a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for leading major transmission line and substation infrastructure projects from start to finish.

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to project setup, execution, and governance compliance.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals across multiple departments, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Champion Zero Harm objectives, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, and budgets, taking corrective action to maintain financial targets and business objectives.
  • Negotiate work contracts and develop business growth opportunities with clients and stakeholders.
About You
  • 15 years' experience in engineering and/or construction, with 5 years in a similar position managing major projects (over $500m).
  • Solid understanding of project directorship and project management skills, including resource planning, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans and delivery responsibility, with a good understanding of business challenges impacting different life cycles.
  • Experience in researching, analysing, and understanding complex information to develop business solutions.

Requirements: 15 years' experience in engineering and/or construction, with 5 years in a similar position managing major projects (over $500m), Solid understanding of project directorship and project management skills, Ability to develop strategic business plans and delivery responsibility.
