Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned project professional to lead our projects across various industries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing tasks assigned to team members and ensuring timely completion.
    • Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and budgeting using proprietary tools and methodologies.
    • Maintain quality, risk, and compliance standards, developing project plans and issue registers as needed.
    • Collaborate with the Project Director to provide guidance and support to team members.
    • Prepare and maintain project reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
    • Foster effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Coordinate project meetings and ensure smooth execution.
    • Ensure adherence to quality assurance and OH&S standards.


Ideal Candidate:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or Property Development, or relevant trade background.
  • A valid Western Australian driver's licence.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years' experience as a project manager, delivering projects within the property and construction industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of current project management methodologies, including complex systems, compliance, legislation, and risk management.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant projects from inception to completion, leading teams of project managers and assistant project managers.
  • Established relationships with clients and a strong network within the industry.
  • Strong software competency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
