Property Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team and assist in restoration services across the North Coast / Central Coast region.
This role offers autonomy and a supportive work environment, with opportunities for training and development.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail skills, and previous experience in restoration (at least 1 year).
Additional requirements include trade skills or prior handyman experience, physical ability to lift heavy objects, and Australian Driver's Licence & Construction White Card.
A Police check is also required. Flexible hours may be necessary, including occasional weekend and after-hours work.
Job Responsibilities- Travel to properties to complete restoration works
- Utilise App-based job management and reporting software
- Remove and discard non-salvageable building materials and contents contaminated by flood, mould, sewage, fire, and other hazards
- Restore and sanitise building materials and contents deemed restorable
- Install and monitor restoration equipment
- Clean and maintain company facilities, equipment, and vehicles
- Previous experience in restoration essential (at least 1 year)
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Hard work ethic and ability to work autonomously
- Trade skills or prior handyman experience desirable
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects on occasion
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend and after-hours work
- Australian Driver's Licence & Construction White Card
