As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring operational teams, collaborating with senior leadership, and helping shape the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to deliver seamless support to assistants and building managers
  • Maximise operational profit and ensure the continued competitive positioning of the organisation in the market
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across multiple locations
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture based on integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership (CEO, HR, WHS) to implement business strategies and operational plans
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and relevant certifications
  • Optimise plant and equipment management to meet sustainability goals and client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
  • Foster a supportive, ethical, and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values
