We're seeking a Senior Project Studies & Approvals Advisor to support the delivery and execution of environmental impact assessments that enable exploration and mining activities to access future resources.

  • Develop Mine Management Plans for both exploration and mining activities
  • Assist in obtaining regulatory approvals required to support exploration and capital projects
  • Identify and manage environmental risks associated with land access and regulatory approval pathways
  • Support consultants to deliver technical assessment studies required for environmental approval applications
  • Collaborate on forecast budgets, schedule updates, and 2-yearly work plans

You'll have significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry, with expertise in environmental management and impact assessments.

To be successful, you'll require:

  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and Northern Territory environmental legislation and approval processes
  • Expertise in environmental management and impact assessments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cooperation amongst a multi-disciplinary team
