Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Designer to play a key role in our internal creative agency. As a member of this team, you will drive the voice and visual identity of our diverse portfolio of challenger brands.

As a Digital Marketing Designer, your expertise in digital design for marketing outputs, particularly across social media and paid digital platforms, will be crucial in creating high-impact visuals that resonate with customers and contribute to commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include designing performance-driven creative for digital marketing campaigns, leading the design and execution of exceptional social media experiences, and A/B testing and iterating creative variations to inform design decisions and optimise visuals for superior results.

Additionally, you will develop visually compelling digital display ads, impactful out-of-home digital content, and other essential digital marketing collateral that turns heads and ensures brand consistency.

Designing marketing-focused web assets, such as display banners, homepage takeovers, landing page sections, and promotional web graphics that directly support campaign objectives is also an integral part of the role.

Requirements:

  • Digitally fluent designer with experience in performance-driven digital marketing creative, particularly across social media and paid media platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen analytical knack for optimising for tangible results.
  • Ability to understand complex marketing objectives, analyse campaign performance, and translate those insights into highly effective visual solutions.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, enabling effective teamwork with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with knowledge of modern front-end development techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform design decisions.
