Job Title: Compliance Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's security compliance framework. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to think creatively and provide practical solutions.

The job involves driving and measuring compliance across various business systems, control areas, processes and products. It also includes facilitating certifier requests, information gathering for audit activities and leading onsite audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform activities to measure and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate certifier requests and information gathering for audit activities and lead onsite audits
  • Conduct activities to comply with Government Cyber Security requirements within APJ region
  • Drive security compliance testing activities across teams within the organization
  • Enhance and mature common control framework
  • Liaise with Risk Management and conduct security risk assessment activities
  • Help customers understand security and compliance control environment
  • Enhance GRC tool and processes to meet compliance business needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in security compliance, security risk or audit, or general cyber security
  • Direct experience with compliance programs such as IRAP, MTCS, ISO 27001, PCI, SSAE18, SOC2
  • Prior experience working in Security and Compliance group at SaaS/Cloud company or with Security and Risk practice of Big Four firm is desirable
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are desirable
  • Demonstrated experience working in large projects
  • Experience using GRC system
  • Excellent report writing skills, ability to prepare compliance reports and associated metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with other members of GRC organization to drive results
