Project Management Office Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in program or project management office analysis, with experience in establishing or refining a PMO capability within an organization. They will be confident working in a scientific/technical environment and have direct experience interacting with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate and comply with PMO services within large programs of work.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure collaboration across the organization.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving and quality assurance skills to drive program objectives and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a program or project management office analyst within large ICT programs.
  • Previous experience in establishing or refining a PMO capability within an organization.
  • Confidence in working in a scientific/technical environment.
  • Direct experience interacting with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hold a Project management or PMO certification (Prince2, PMBOK, P30 or similar).
  • Demonstrate exposure to multiple project methodologies and ways of working (predictive, iterative, Hybrid).

Bonus Points:

  1. A certification like Agile Certified Practitioner.
  2. Familiarity with data-driven decision making.
