Critical Care Leader

This is a leadership position that requires a highly accomplished individual with a proven track record in research and teaching in Emergency and Critical Care.
The successful candidate will provide leadership, fostering excellence in research, teaching, engagement, and professional activities.
This role is part-time (0.8 FTE) and the appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for five years.
The incumbent will allocate 50% of their time to UTS and 50% to NSLHD, promoting innovation and research in critical care nursing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and vision for research, teaching, and engagement
- Fostering collaborative relationships within and outside the university
- Supervising higher degree research students and mentoring research supervisors
Requirements include:
- PhD in nursing or a related discipline
- APHRA Registration as a nurse
- Evidence of successful leadership in course design and delivery
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including base salary, superannuation, and generous parental leave provisions.
This position attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
