Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Deliver high-quality clinical care, including medication management and wound care
- Mentor and guide care staff to ensure excellent patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
- Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA
- At least 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in a Residential Aged Care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in clinical documentation
- Evidence of current flu vaccination and three doses of a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine
