Expert Care Coordinator Role

The Expert Care Coordinator will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive care to individuals with complex neurodevelopmental conditions.

The role involves conducting advanced level assessments, developing personalized interventions, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service delivery models.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored interventions for individuals with intellectual disability and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement evidence-based service delivery models ensuring effective and efficient care.
  • Provide leadership and represent the team in partnerships with government agencies and non-government organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. They will also demonstrate a commitment to human rights and diversity.
