Key Responsibilities

  • Team Development
    • Develop the knowledge and capability of the operations team using coaching and development frameworks.
  • Administrative Support
    • Supervise effective and efficient administration processes and systems, ensuring compliance with core policies and standard procedures.
    • Manage cash handling and banking integrity, systems access and data integrity, telephone management and enquiries, payroll exceptions integrity, and marketing and promotional activity.
  • Customer Service
    • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive store and channel experience for customers.
    • Effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage web orders in line with procedures, including product pick and pack and same day delivery to customers.
    • Contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
