Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver win-win solutions for the bank and customers.
  • Develop an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals to design solutions that meet their needs, objectives, and interests.
  • Educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
  • Guide customers through personalized lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.
  • Drive for collaboration – strong team player skills are crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
