Job Description
This hybrid role combines administrative support with business development responsibilities. As an Insurance Administration Support specialist, you will provide vital assistance to our Client Executives and Client Managers, working closely with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, and other key stakeholders to deliver excellent client experiences.
You will engage in communication with clients via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to address their insurance requirements. This involves participating in policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing, lodging, and invoicing insurance policies accurately and timely. You will attend client meetings, work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties. Effective management of key stakeholder relationships will be crucial to your success in this role.
