Experienced Project Managers are sought after for various projects in the Digital Infrastructure sector, requiring expertise in managing data centre developments from concept to completion.

This challenging role involves overseeing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Strong leadership skills are essential to lead a team of project managers and controllers, providing guidance and support for professional growth and development.

Collaboration with regional leaders is key in reporting on project progress and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data centre projects end-to-end, meeting client expectations, timelines, and specifications

  • Lead and develop a team of project managers and controllers

  • Collaborate with regional leads to report on project progress and build client relationships

  • Ensure design and construction schedules align with client expectations, timelines, and specifications

  • Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in similar roles within the Digital Infrastructure sector

  • Strong project management qualifications or background in construction

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Able to relocate to Melbourne
