About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic, analytical, and process-driven Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team in Australia. This role will be hybrid with working from home options and is based at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct financial analysis for product campaign/event proposals to inform decision-making while managing approved promotional spend, and conduct post-implementation reviews for the same.
  2. Actively engage in Category Health Review discussions to support decision-making with ARO (assumptions/risks/opportunities) data in areas such as market growth, inventory risk mitigation, and product profitability improvement.
  3. Engage in comprehensive scenario planning to provide guidelines for strategic business decisions by optimizing volume and price mix.
  4. Conduct and coordinate monthly NPD pricing approval process to ensure that pricing strategies for new products align with overall business goals.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field or relevant professional certification (CPA or CA).
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in finance or business analysis, preferably in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in BI and planning tools such as QLIK and Anaplan, and experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and MS Power Automate skills are highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
