**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for a highly motivated** Account Analyst**_ _**to join our team, based in Geelong on a full-time basis.

As an Account Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Operations, Administration and Commercial teams to ensure the financial accuracy of McColl’s commercial accounts. You will work collaboratively with McColl’s Senior Leadership team as well as Finance, Commercial and Operations teams, to ensure account integrity.

As an account analyst, you will be primarily responsible for:

- Managing customer contract governance inclusive of rates, fuel levies and other charges;
- Maintaining and developing improvements to invoicing and administration data workflows;
- Managing operational and administrative data;
- Engaging in a range of projects to design, implement and embed a range of business processes that contribute to the McColl’s strategy of growth and systemisation;
- Provide analysis, reporting, monitoring and support to the commercial and operations team on insights into the division’s financial movements, customer updates and business opportunities to achieve fiscally sustainable outcomes;
- Working with external and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of operational excellence;
- Identifying commercial opportunities within rate structures to improve McColl’s profitability;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction from an accounts perspective
- Assisting in business process improvements to deliver timely and cost-effective systems and processes to align with divisional standards, budgetary requirements, asset maximisation and key efficiency drivers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Commerce, Business, or related field;
- Demonstrated experience in an accounts role;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems including SQL (preferred).
