Senior Finance Leader

This is a critical leadership role that requires a finance executive with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to shape business conversations, challenge assumptions, and guide investment decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to financial goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the CFO and other stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a large, complex organisation.
  • Commercially astute and analytically sharp finance executive with relevant qualifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
