Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at Clicks IT Recruitment. As an OT Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing the integration between IT and OT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Integration: Design and implement the integration between IT and OT systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Network Management: Design, configure, and maintain networks that support both IT and OT systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Active Directory Management: Oversee user access, permissions, and authentication processes across IT and OT systems using Active Directory.
  • Virtualization with VMware: Optimize resource utilization, manage virtual environments, and ensure high availability of critical systems using VMware.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime for all critical systems.
  • Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce security policies to protect both IT and OT environments from cyber threats, including vulnerability management and incident response.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all systems comply with industry regulations and standards, including IT and OT security protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, engineers, and operations staff, to support business operations and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Active Directory management, VMware virtualization, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, industrial control systems, and SCADA.
  • Experience in systems design and management, particularly in environments that require high security and reliability.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for IT and OT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, VMware, Microsoft) are a plus.
