We are seeking a skilled Community Disability Support Worker to join our team in Moorabbin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vital support to customers, enabling them to live independently and holistically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Assistance with domestic duties
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Australian Drivers License (minimum P2), reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
