About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team at Dulux Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice to our business leaders and employees.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist, with experience in IR/ER case management, commercial acumen, and the ability to build authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will work closely with our business leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, change management, recruitment, and performance management. You will also be responsible for building a plan to deliver on our business unit's strategic imperatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist HR consultancy, support, and advice to senior leaders, line managers, and employees on a wide range of human resource management matters.
  • Understand business unit strategic imperatives and build a plan to deliver on those.
  • Provide advice on ER and IR matters.
  • Support performance and behavioural issues, workplace investigations, disciplinary management, involvement in complex compensation cases, and Speak Up Line matters.
  • Coach front-line leaders and build capability around people processes.
  • Be involved in the coordination and delivery of key projects and operational HR matters.
