Gymnastics Development Coordinator Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced coach to take on a leadership role in our gymnastics program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering gymnastics sessions that enable the development of children through the 'Gymnastics for All' program.

As a Gymnastics Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement efficient administrative systems for the Gymnastics Program, including promotion.

This is a full-time position that offers great flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality gymnastics sessions that cater to the needs of children participating in the 'Gymnastics for All' program.
  • Design and implement lesson plans, floor plans, routines, and term programs that align with the program's objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of administrative systems for the Gymnastics Program, ensuring seamless communication and effective promotion of the program.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve program goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Gymnastics Coach or equivalent leadership position.
  • Experience working with pre-school and school-aged children, preferably in a coaching capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in administration and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • Current Advanced Intermediate Gymnastics qualification.
  • Intermediate Kindergym certification.
  • Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Children Check.
