As a Lifestyle Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of our residents by creating and implementing lifestyle programs that promote social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activity Planning: Develop and design a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.
  • Resident Assessment: Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurring.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of planned activities and events, ensuring they are well-organized, safe, and inclusive.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and events.
