Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring each guest feels valued and satisfied;
  • Effectively manage displays, maintaining high standards of visual appeal and product presentation;
  • Foster sales growth through effective upselling techniques, encouraging customers to try new products and services;
  • Prepare and serve cold beverages, including milkshakes and iced drinks, to satisfy our customers' cravings;
  • Operate the Barista machine to craft exquisite Coffees, using precision and skill to create each drink to perfection;
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, conducting regular temperature checks and recording results to ensure a clean and safe working environment;
  • Perform thorough cleaning duties throughout the store, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, consistently exceeding customer expectations;
  • Exhibit a positive attitude towards tasks and challenges, remaining adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment;
  • Showcase ability to upsell effectively, driving sales growth and increasing revenue;
  • Possess excellent organisational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines;
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining calm under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded, but not essential for this role;
  • Previous Barista experience is advantageous, but not required.
