About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stockroom maintenance, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Monitor and control expenses, inventory levels, and store appearance
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement changes to enhance sales and loyalty

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will have:
