About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced leader to head up our strong performing workshop located in South Australia's Mid-North region. Close enough to Adelaide's city centre that you could easily live in the outer northern suburbs and commute.
This is a young and upcoming team who require development and guidance. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring staff, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, supervising a team
- Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills
