Job Title: Home Care Worker

At KinCare, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our customers in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in The Hills area.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to our customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Offer social support and companionship to our customers, including accompanying them to appointments and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our customers, their families, and our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and customer-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and COVID-19 vaccination.
