We offer a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to progress your career through our training programs, leading to roles such as Business Development Manager, Team Leader, or Solar Specialist.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to discuss their energy needs and provide solutions
  • Work closely with the solar specialists to book appointments and complete sales
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving team goals
