Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and processing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and generating month-end statements.
Key Responsibilities- Create and process invoices in accordance with contract terms and requirements.
- Actively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure all debtors stay within company payment terms and minimize overdue accounts.
- Generate month-end statements to keep accounts up-to-date.
- Collect purchase order numbers to ensure invoices are processed accurately.
- Handle bank deposits, credit card payments, and match debtor records with the bank account to maintain accuracy.
- Keep client files updated and prepare operator timesheets to ensure all records are well-maintained.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a solid work ethic.
- A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Well-presented, polite, and ready to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
