Job Title: System Support Analyst/Developer
This role presents an opportunity for a skilled Application Support Professional to join a dynamic team and grow their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that systems are configured, controlled, and maintained for optimal effectiveness, with appropriate integration with other systems.
- Assist as a project team member in system deployments.
- Manage and maintain user access rights, profiles, and authorities, controlling administration functions.
- Assist with effective performance of end-of-month (EOM) and end-of-year (EOY) procedures by devising data governance processes to maintain data integrity and reliability.
- Contribute to the establishment of data reporting platforms, planning effective data backup procedures, and devising uptime and fall-back strategies.
About You:
- A bright and eager individual who can demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Application Support/Analyst.
- Experience with Aged Care or similar industry systems is favorable.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution design and development is desirable.
- Skills with C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL are required.
- Experience in any workflow, data reporting, and document management tools is beneficial.
