Customer Engagement Specialist – Full-Time

RACQ is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service to fill the role of Customer Engagement Specialist. This position does not require prior experience, as we are committed to providing a thorough and personalized training program to ensure your success. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting outstanding customer service experiences for our members by delivering customized solutions across various assistance, insurance, and banking offerings.

  • Starting pay is $32.35 plus Superannuation and applicable penalty rates.
  • Opportunities available for both full-time and part-time positions.

About You:

A strong commitment to customer service and a genuine desire to assist others are essential qualities we are looking for. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced setting, foster meaningful connections with colleagues, and demonstrate a robust work ethic.

You should be eager to learn, comfortable interacting with members both in person and over the phone, and possess a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a must.
