Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to our children, and will be an integral part of our centre's community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Blue Card / Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one

Our Centre

Our centre is located on Rockingham Drive, Burdell, and has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age. Our state-of-the-art Chef's kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as our parent lounge, provide a warm and inviting environment for families to connect and relax.

Each of our learning hubs is bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor area, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.
